We pride ourselves on our outstanding level of service. We hold stock of all items and typically despatch orders within 48 hours of receipt. In the very rare instance of an item being out of stock we will manufacture stock within 7 days and then ship it to you immediately, you will be notified via email as to the status of your order. Outstanding orders are given absolute highest priority for despatch. As part of our service we'll email you as soon as your order is despatched.

Personalized Cufflinks are manufactured and ready for dispatch within 7 days of proof approval.

US orders normally take 5 or 6 business days from the dispatch date to arrive at your delivery address.

Rest of the world orders normally take 6 – 15 days from the dispatch date to arrive at your delivery address.

If you haven't received your order within 9 business days for US orders or within 16 days for worldwide orders please let us know and we will progress the order with our carrier.
